For every person who schedules a date for cosmetic surgery (actual date can be determined later but must be performed by Jan 31, 2014) they will receive $250 off their surgery AND we will make a $250 donation to the Tyanna Foundation.
For every person who schedules Juvederm treatment, they will receive $50 off each syringe AND we will donate $50 to the Tyanna Foundation.

To qualify for these one time only specials, a $100 non-refundable scheduling fee will be required and will be applied to your treatment.
