Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm are all HA (hyaluronic acid) injectable fillers. They are the leading products that I use to reduce or eliminate lines, wrinkles and grooves in the face. They are all extremely safe and effective. Performed in the office, there is very little down-time, and you can usually resume all activity the next day. Bruising and/or swelling is possible but usually mild if it occurs at all. The results are great and a single treatment generally lasts from 6 to 9 months.
