Before and after photos of this 35 yr. old African American young man after open rhinoplasty. He disliked the width of his nose, tip and nostrils. He didn’t like how his nose was so flat. Notice how his nose has been narrowed and given more height. His tip is more refined and nostrils more narrow. He had rib cartilage grafting to his nose.
