October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During this month we encourage everyone to try to support women everywhere in whatever way they can. Through volunteering, donations or participating in events, your support can help to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the number one cancer which affects women.
We are grateful for all of those who recently participated in the Tyanna Foundation fundraiser at Woodholme Country Club. We will also be participating at the upcoming Baltimore Breast Fest Sat October 12 at the Under Armour Headquarters downtown. Hope to see you there.
On a personal note, I wish to extend my thanks to all of my patients who have given me the opportunity to participate in their care. It is always a privilege to be allowed into your lives during such an emotional and vulnerable time. I do not take the the privilege for granted and wish all the best for the past, present and future.
